Have the waiters at your favorite restaurant taken the trouble to learn just how you like your coffee? Has your mechanic been fixing your family’s cars since the 70s? Did the kindest nurse in the world make you feel better before you saw the doctor? Basically, have you had service so good that the value was worth more than what you paid for? Unfortunately, it is not everyday that one gets value for their money. Scroll through social media and there are ample complaints of businesses not meeting up to their promises – from the store that sold you stale cereal to the salesman who refused to honor your warranty.
