Sometimes all you want is an apology for rude customer service or for the miscounted change. In this case, the regular complaint form will do. But sometimes you need more action than that.

Suppose you paid a substantive fee to a real estate agency and they never delivered. Or suppose your contractor took off halfway through your housing project.

This service is for the client stands to lose money or incur heavy damages because of the action of a service provider. Here is how we can help you:

  2. We shall review and verify the case
  3. Upon agreeing to intervene on your behalf, we shall instruct you to send the non-refundable service fee
  4. We shall get in touch with the other party

Your submission will be forwarded to the other party within two business days. The other party will be asked to respond within 14 business days. If a response is not received, as second request will be made. The other party shall be given 5 business days to respond. You will be notified of the business’ response when we receive it, or notified that we haven’t received a response.

  1. If the case is resolved within the ideal 30 days of engagement, we shall post the resolution on our platform (under the other party’s review category).
  2. If the case is not resolved within 30 days of engagement, we shall contact the other party every 30 days for up to a year. The engagement shall be posted on the public platform and shall appear as part of that business’ review.
